The Science of Mentalphysics - "The Art of Living" is a webstore available for students to purchase guides and classes geared towards Dr. Edwin J. Dingle "Ding Le Mei's" works on The Ancient Tibetan Breathwork.

Welcome to Illuminating Minds and Hearts with The Complete Original Breathwork of Dr. Edward J. Dingle - affectionately known as Ding Le Mei.  We would like to share with you the story of how this Website and the first of its kind instructional DVDs developed.  Over and over again I would hear requests from clients and students asking to be able to "see" the Harmonic Breath and The 8 Key Breaths demonstrated.  Even with our current Skype, FaceTime, and face to face demonstrations - it wasn't enough.  The requests came in repeatedly that they would like to be able to play a DVD so they could play the sections as many times as they liked until they became thoroughly comfortable with the details. We could understand and deeply empathize with them - the same concerns were also voiced when my class was learning the Breaths. Our class had the great good fortune to learn these Breaths in person with Rev. Evelyn and Frank Hazzard in the beautiful Yucca Valley area of California. So the idea began to germinate to create an Instructional DVD.  Clearly, I was out of my element to be a videographer...As time went on,  I began to visualize the DVD and "asked" for the perfect videographer to approach me.  Then on  July 1, 2015 a sunflower plant spontaneously came up by the front steps of my condo. As we began the 3 DVD's, we watched as this sunflower plant grew quickly into a very tall and stately sunflower.

One of my students brought to my attention some of the significant symbolic meanings of the Sunflower: The Sunflower is known to move itself in the most direct position in front of the sun so it can get the maximum sun rays throughout each day. My grandchildren and I were fascinated to watch the continuous journey of the Sunflower as its head turned towards the sun..  In literature, this flower is seen as symbolic of spiritual faith and worship, because we follow our belief system as the Sunflower moves to face the life-giving rays of the sun.   In Chinese symbolism, the Sunflower (and Sunflower meaning) deals with long life, good luck, and is considered very auspicious.  It's yellow color signifies vitality and intelligence.  It's a symbol of happiness, too.  In esoteric Christianity, the Sunflower is a symbol of God's love.  The Sunflower as a symbol can also represent the unwavering faith that guides the soul to the highest spiritual attunement.

As the summer days evolved with filming...and re-filming....among the flying bugs that only seemed to fly in front of my eyes and the videographer.......and the funny "bloopers" that kept all of us laughing...and the awe that was created around the deep peacefulness and joy of the filming ---- the Sunflower grew stately and very tall.   At her full height, she was over 8 feet tall.  One day, my 4 and 6 year old grandchildren were playing with containers of water next to the shading of the huge sunflower leaves.  There was a flurry of "Don't do that...don't do that.." and the older child told me that the younger one had ripped off a lot of the sunflower's lower big leaves...!  You can imagine the wave of emotions that went threw me...Focusing on my Breath - I waited till the Peace settled deep within myself again before I spoke....and also gave him some space also to think about what happened and how the sunflower plant was hurting now.   The plant needed the leaves to feed itself and feed the seeds that would be developing.   It was one of those learning times I hoped would turn into a beautiful awareness of the needs of  the sunflower and respecting all life forms.  However, the concern was also to be respectful of this beautiful child when my emotions were still shaky.  After we had talked about taking care of and respecting the sunflower, the questions was posed to him, "Would you like to send Healing Love and Light to the beautiful Sunflower?"  With some hope and sadness, he said, "Yes." They both put their sweet hands near the thick base of the stalk and let the "Rainbows of Light and Love" flow through their hands into the stalk.   Please note the picture below of the mother Sunflower stalk. This is a  baby Sunflower branch that emerged from the mother plant  where the children let their "rainbows of Love and Light "flow into the wound where the leaves had been taken off.

The children were so happy when they saw the healing effects ...and watered the mother plant and baby frequently.  The photo on the Daily Practice is of the Baby Sunflower.  The Gift of their Love...combined with their Creator...creating a new life from "a mistake."....is Life itself .....I am grateful to share this beautiful story with each of you... We Welcome you to share Your Stories with us on this site also.
